Spicy. chicken cooked with red, and green bell peppers, onion over extra virgin olive oil finished with a little Parmesan cheese toasted on ciabatta roll. Served warm.
Sweet Chili Chicken Sandwich
Skinless chicken breast served with our edamame pesto, shredded carrots, hint of wasabi, in a hollow ciabatta roll with a little sweet chili sauce.
Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich
Delicious blend of pumpkin seeds, cranberries, celery, and carrots, bound with slow g's spices and yogurt spread in a hollow ciabatta roll. It is finished off with sweet chili sauce and mint dressing.

We make our pesto with protein filled organic edamame and fresh basil. Cubed up skinless chicken breast is blended with our pesto then putin a hollow sourdough roll with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
